Sessions might include nervous system regulation, trauma therapy, relationship counseling, skills-based learning, or self-discovery depending on client preference. I founded Currents Counseling & Somatic Integration to create a trusted space for people to move forward from life’s challenges to a more fulfilled life. The name, Currents, reflects my belief that we can learn to navigate inner and outer changes and pressures, knowing that even when the water feels turbulent, it can carry us toward growth, healing, and deeper understanding.
